Approximately a year ago, we, Bacarel a small to medium sized food Ingredients supplier, engaged the services of RJ Food Consulting
to help and guide us through the process needed to implement and work to the Global Standard - BRCGS for Storage and Distribution.
Rebecca set up a framework for our company to follow and management and staff were introduced to how to work and operate to the BRCGS
standard within a defined scope.
Through a step-by-step process, overseen and driven by Rebecca, both staff and management were trained and assessed to achieve an AA rated
external audit to become BRCGS accredited.
